The Build Bible is completed over a longer period of time, embedding the habits, routines and baseline body requirements to get long term results. We step away from short term “shreds” or 8 week challenges, and into a sustainable way of eating, training and living that makes your feel stronger, more energised & confident.

It’s all unique to you and your situation. On our first call we go through your history, goals and current status. From here, a realistic program time frame for each of the phases is agreed on - generally 2-3 months per phase at a minimum to really get the results you want to see. This is more about creating a lifestyle, and to do so we need to spend enough time at each phase before progressing.

Often times trainers or programs focus primarily on the ‘cut’ or ‘deficit’ phase of a program, without spending the time building up your lean muscle mass or metabolism. The Build Bible focuses more on the ‘build’ phase - that is the phase where the magic happens, and makes losing and keeping body fat off more sustainable (without extremes!)

The Build Bible is designed to be delivered 100% online - unless you choose to add on a photoshoot which needs to be completed in person in Brisbane. All you need for the program is access to a gym or weights at home!

If you’re currently injured or working with a health professional, I’m more than happy to connect with them to work out a plan together. It’s important that your health comes first and working with Physiotherapists and other health professionals is key to your success. If I am unable to assist I will alway advise you on who is best to see prior to working with me.

Your nutrition is integral to seeing results, but don’t stress about this part! We can work with either food journals or macros, and in some instances meal plans if required; everything is catered to what is going to get you the best result!
Of course, understanding nutrition is a big part of this program - I want to get you to a stage where you don’t need to track in order to feel like you are making progress, you’ll just be able to make food choices you inherently know align to your goal!
